Here at Shelford Primary, we ended last term with an excursion to Sovereign Hill. It was our first excursion in a number of years so excitement levels were high!

Our Preps have been working hard to master their letters and sounds. Rhymes are such a good vehicle to help recall these building blocks of literacy.
This week our students discovered the joy of feijoas! We have two semi mature feijoa plants on our school grounds, and this week it was time to harvest.
Our first week of term was a busy one with our year 4 students heading off to camp. They had a brilliant time surfing, mastering their skills at mini golf, archery and low ropes, building huts, hiking and learning about our coastal environment.
