Shelford Primary School aims to provide the very best education possible for our students in a safe, secure and happy environment. School staff, parents, students and community, work together to develop broad thinkers who can apply their skills, attitudes, values and knowledge in a changing world.
One of the highlights of last term was participating in a 6 week gymnastics course. Our students have developed so much in their confidence, strength and skills thanks to this energising and engaging program. A huge thanks to the staff and coaching team at the Bannockburn YMCA
Our Juniors had the best time on their excursion to EcoLinc last week. We learnt all about dinosaurs, fossils, their habitat and diet. We also got to travel on a bus which was very exciting
We couldn't be more proud of our Years 3-6 students! Recently, they participated in a netball round robin with our neighbouring schools as part of our Lightning Premiership competition. We scored, passed, dodged and smiled. A big thankyou to all of the friends and family who came along to support us
Our students have been busy designing, stitching and stuffing their personlised cushions. We are so grateful to Ms McGregor for delivering such a wonderful Art program!
This term we kicked off our SWPBS (School Wide Positive Behaviour Support) rewards. We are so proud of our students who have reached 'Superstar' status
From our vegie patch to our plates
Lego creations are a favourite at SPS. They allow our students to learn from one another, problem solve and use their imagination. Today we have a flock of birds
