Camping Programs

As a member of the Moorabool Valley Association, we join with a number of our neighbouring schools for our Years 3 to 6 camps program. These camping experiences offer our students’ additional opportunities to challenge themselves, make new friends and learn valuable skills outside of the classroom.

Year 3 Beach Camp– 2 night camp at Angahook Camp, Airey’s Inlet

Year 4 Beach camp – 2 night camp at Coastal Forest Lodge, Bellbrae

Year 5 Bush Camp – 2 night camp at Cave Hill Creek, Beaufort

Year 6 Bush camp – 2 night camp at Lady Northcote, Glenmore

Somers Camp - Every alternate year, a select number of our year 5/6 students are invited to attend Somers School camp. This 9 day camping experience is facilitated by Department of Education and Training and enables students to develop their personal and social capabilities in a unique outdoor learning environment.
