Classroom Libraries

Classroom libraries enable students to engage with appropriately levelled texts and nurture a love of reading. At Shelford Primary, we have extensive classroom libraries in each of our classrooms, providing access to high quality texts and content, whilst catering to each child’s needs and interests. Our students play an active role in selecting new additions to our libraries each year and are provided time each day to independently explore the diverse range of reading material we have on offer.
